THE YEAR I WASN'T THERE

2018 is mostly a blur.
I spent most of that year dealing with mental health issues.
Much of the time my body felt emptied of energy and inert. The only place where I felt safe was the bed, floating in that limbo.
If I were to count the hours spent lying down, they would far exceed those spent upright.
