2018 is mostly a blur: I spent most of that year dealing with mental health issues.
Much of the time my body felt emptied of energy and inert, the only place where I felt safe was the bed, floating in a limbo of non-existance.
If I were to count the hours spent lying down, they would far exceed those spent upright.
